SHIPPING POLICY
There is a flat shipping rate of $7.95 in the contiguous 48 states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Packages shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation to the address provided during checkout. A separate email with tracking will be provided once the item ships. Aubrey & Oliver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

SHIPPING TIME
Unless otherwise stated, items will ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY — EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
As we prepare to close our storefront, all sales are now final. We will no longer accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damaged or defective merchandise.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt by emailing aubreyandoliver@gmail.com or using our Contact page. Please include your order number, name, contact information, and clear photos of the damage/defect.

Once your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping credit for the damaged/defective item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

All sale, clearance, swimwear, and earrings are final sale (no exceptions).

No refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be issued except for damaged/defective items reported within 3 days.
