SHIPPING POLICY

There is a flat shipping rate of $7.99 in the contiguous 48 states. International shipping is not available at this time. 

Packages shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation to the address provided during checkout. A separate email with tracking will be provided once the item ships. Aubrey & Oliver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

SHIPPING TIME

Unless otherwise stated, items will ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! You can return your product for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. No cash refunds. 

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notification must be sent within 3 days of receipt. A shipping credit will be issued to all damaged/defective items returned.

Include your order number, name, and contact information as well as which item(s) are to be returned and the reason for your return.  An email will be sent with information to process the return. Once the returned item(s) are received, they will be processed within 3-5 business days. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return of any item(s). ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS.
